He was very thorough going over what I needed for my insurance going forward. Turns out I was underinsured and not protected fully on my business side. "They will just leave you at fault instead of doing the work in the claims and mess up your driving record. I was rear ended on 6/14/24 and was just contacted today that 6/10/25 by travelers that State Farm finally started on the claim, until now it has been listed on my record as at fault. I also got bumped into on 9/27 and they never worked on that claim either. Maybe they will in September. I had to switch insurance and now I’m paying way more because unless these guys do their job and finish the claims it’s on my record as at fault."
